These Terms of Service apply to RushLabs websites and services, including HeartRush and other services operated by RushLabs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally able to use the services in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.

You may not use the services for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, fraud, exploitation, or attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the services.

You are responsible for content and profile information you submit. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers such as Paddle, app stores, or other processors.

6. Refunds and cancellations
