Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid RushLabs services, including HeartRush web purchases.
1. Web purchases processed by Paddle
For eligible web purchases processed by Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the paid service has not been substantially used or consumed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel subscription renewal at any time through the account or billing flow made available for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this policy.
3. Non-refundable items
Consumable digital items, credits, or benefits that have already been used, delivered, or consumed are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled under the refund rules and tools of the applicable store. Please request those refunds directly through Apple or Google.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at june1012june@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, order or receipt identifier, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.
6. Processing time
We review refund requests as quickly as practical. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on Paddle, your payment method, card issuer, or bank.
7. Abuse and fraud
We may refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repeated in bad faith, or inconsistent with this policy.
